Chefiality policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since Customer purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer customer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, item must be unused and in the same condition that customer received. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete the return process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send purchased products back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once return is received and inspected, we will send an email/WhatsApp to notify that we have received the returned item. We will also notify the customer of the approval or rejection of refund.
If a customer is approved for refund then Chefiality will start the refund procedure and credit will automatically be applied to Customers Bank Account or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- No Refund of Imported Products if they are open or Used.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Replacement of items if they are defective or damaged. If customer needs to exchange it for the same item, send an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp +92 335 9442200 and dispatch the items to: Chefiality @ 32 DD, Commercial Area, Phase 4 DHA, Lahore, Pakistan
To return the product, Customer should dispatch the Product to: Chefiality @ 32 DD, Commercial Area, Phase 4 DHA, Lahore, Pakistan
Customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a Customer receives refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Depending on where the customer live, the time it may take for exchanged product to reach, may vary.
